In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the d3333 website accessible at https://d3333.io, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and ancillary services made available thereon.
• "We", "Us", "Our" means d3333 and its authorised operators, agents, and service providers.
• "You", "Your", "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.

All financial transactions on d3333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. d3333 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.

All bets placed and games played on d3333 are subject to the following general rules. Category-specific rules (e.g., cricket betting rules, live casino table rules, slots rules) are published separately within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. d3333 does not permit the cancellation or amendment of bets after they have been accepted by the system, except as expressly provided in the applicable game or market rules.
• d3333 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that arises from a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering patterns, coordinated betting with other Players, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including soft-play agreements in poker-style games.

d3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• d3333 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Funds standing to the credit of the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited by d3333. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach (e.g., at the Player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable pending bonus wagering requirements.
